What's a good way to start a fresh new blog and sound hip and interesting? Sup guys, Howdy ya'll! Eh...whatever, none of those fit me, how's about a hearty Wonder Bread "hello!" and we'll leave it at that. I'm...well I don't know what I am, I'm a young woman discovering what I really love in life all the while drawing are pretty pictures along the way. I don't consider myself to be an artist of any sort, just a chick with a pen and that likes to doddle.
So what is this horse and buggy show going to be about? I guess this blog is my way of finding my way back to my art roots. After years of trying to be something I wasn't and a fashion design degree later I am still left unsatisfied. Don't get me wrong I love fashion but it's sort of like a first boyfriend, cute and playful but not a lot of substance. What I'm really seeking is something more permanent, something full of life and that has always been art for me. This blog is a way for me to archive my progress, I haven't drawn on my own free will in almost a decade so the photo above marks as day one. Clearly there are things I need to improve so you shut your sass mouth about it, I just started. I will write about anything really, I'm pretty random and post photos and yeah, my boyfriend fashion will pop up here and there. This should be the start of something very interesting.
